Cancellation policy

The tenant is entitled to withdraw from the booking. Cancellations must be made in writing. The cancellation becomes effective on the day it is received by Feriendorf Seeblick GmbH. The cancellation fee per accommodation is 10% from the start of the rental agreement.

- up to 29 days before the start of the rental period: 0% of the rental price

- from 28 to 8 days before the start of the rental period: 80% of the rental price

- from 7 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

provided that re-letting of the accommodation was not possible. Partial cancellations are not possible. If the guest does not arrive, the travel price will not be refunded, not even partially, and the obligation to pay the same remains. The same applies to early departure. Travel cancellation insurance is recommended.
